IMPORTANT INFO FOR CONCERT TICKET HOLDERS
5:30 pm - Concert Parking Lots open
Vehicles cannot enter the lots before 5:30pm. Museum visitors arriving before 5:30pm MUST show their Museum admission tickets to enter the parking lot.
5:30 pm - Will Call opens - Bring a valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
6:30 pm - Main Gates open - Member Only Gate opens at 6:00 PM; the gates will not be open prior to the publicized time.
8:00 pm - Show Time
- There is no claim check - Please review venue policies for what you can and can't bring from home.
- Small pocket cameras permitted; NO PRO or detacable lenses
- Two 20 oz. factory sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted per guest.
- A one 1 gallon clear zip lock bag of food per guest is permitted. Check out our dining guide for food offerings available inside the venue and see a map for locations.
- There is a NO RE-ENTRY POLICY, you can not exit the venue and re-enter with the same ticket.

Traffic on local roads is expected to be HEAVY during peak travel times. There is no-charge for general admission parking, so keep traffic flowing as you enter the lots. It is our goal to quickly and safely get guests on the road home after the show. Please be aware of traffic flow lanes, pay attention for directions from the lot attendants and most of all be patient. Thank You.
All dates, acts, times and ticket prices subject to change without notice. Ticket prices do not include Ticketmaster service charges or shipping and handling. A reduced service charge of $5 flat per ticket is available in-person at the Box Office. All ticket prices increase $5 on the day of the show. New for 2010, you can add your Big V Entertainment Park & Ride roundtrip bus ticket to your on-line or box office concert ticket order. Call (845) 292-1351 for more information. $10 roundtrip ticket per person. Buses leave 3 hours and 1 hour prior to show time from the Casino.
