- For Event Gallery performances, we do not follow our standard concert clear bag policy. All bag types are permitted, but clear bags are encouraged to expedite the security screening process.
- Please be aware we are now a cashless facility. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted.
- Cash is still accepted at the Box Office and in the Museum Shop

Mobile Ticketing Guide
- Whether you're using Account Manager or Ticketmaster, get step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly access your tickets here.
How to access tickets via My Bethel Woods Account (Account Manager)
Steps:
1. Go to am.ticketmaster.com/bethel on your mobile devices browser and log into your Bethel Woods account
2. Go to My Events and select your order to view your tickets
3. Add all tickets to your apple or android wallet
4. At entry, open your apple or android wallet to get your tickets scanned in!
How to access tickets via Ticketmaster Account
Steps:
1. Download the Ticketmaster App from the app store or Google Play
2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, then tap on My Events to locate your order
3. Tap your order to view your tickets. At entry show your phone to get scanned.
For even faster entry, add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet. You’ll breeze through entry with a quick tap and go at the gate.
Important Tip: Screenshots, PDFs, and printouts are not valid for entry. Add your ticket to your phone’s wallet and they’re always ready, even when WiFi is slow or cell service is limited.
Can I still enter my event with a screenshot of my ticket?
No.
Your barcode includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or printouts. When you arrive at your event, use the Ticketmaster app or mobile website to locate your tickets. Your phone’s your ticket, which you’ll show to the ticket scanner, get your phone scanned – and you’re in!
Can I still print my tickets at home?
No.
Printouts and screenshots will not be accepted at entry. These tickets are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds so it cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure. Your phone’s your ticket, which you’ll show to the ticket scanner, get your phone scanned – and you’re in!
I’m worried about my battery or cell service; what do I do?
If either is an issue, this ticket has you covered. Save your ticket to your apple or android wallet to access it even with limited or no cell service.

Prohibited Items
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED AT BETHEL WOODS:
- Lawn chairs are not permitted to be brought into the venue. For your safety and convenience, Bethel Woods offers specially designed lawn chairs appropriate for the slope of the lawn. These chairs are available for rent at the Box Office or PURCHASE ONLINE in advance.
- Sporting equipment (including roller-blades, skateboards, bikes, hoverboards, and segways)
- Bags that are restricted at Bethel Woods include (but are not limited to): purses larger than a clutch bag, hard or soft coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
- Beach style umbrellas
- Aerosol cans including bug spray and sunscreen
- Firearms, knives, fireworks
- Glass of any kind (including bottles)
- Laser pointers
- Hula Hoops
- Selfie Sticks
- Audio and video recording equipment
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- Tablets (including but not limited to iPads and Kindles as they are a distraction to other guests and the artists)
- The use of charcoal grills are not permitted in the parking lots. Gas grills are permitted for use in the parking lots ONLY.
- Some concerts may have additional restrictions. Please check individual event pages for specific restrictions.
