Business Partners
The Bethel Woods Business Partners program assists regional businesses in promoting their product or services directly to Bethel Woods' growing audience of full-time residents, second home-owners and visitors to the region. Through inclusion in the Business Partners Directory, businesses are promoted to concert, museum, and Harvest Festival patrons throughout the year - with enhanced promotion during a selected 2010 Main-Stage performance.

Business Partners receive a listing in the Bethel Woods Business Partners Directory which is available to our audience:
- Online on the Bethel Woods website year-round. Accessible from all main web pages, event and concert pages, community pages and more.
- In print and located for distribution to our guests at the Bethel Woods Welcome Tent during all 2010 concerts, at the Museum Welcome Desk year-round and in the Harvest Festival Welcome Tent for the entire festival season.
Bethel Woods promotes the Business Partners Directory to our audience through:
- Business Partners Appreciation Night - Exceptional exposure during a select 2010 Main-Stage concert by inserting a copy of the Business Partners Directory in all concert programs distributed at the performance, featuring each business name on 15' x 20' prominent stage-side screens and on main-gate signage, and by displaying your business' collateral materials on-site in the Bethel Woods Welcome Tent.
- NEW! - Direct Mailing of the directory to all 2010 performance and museum members
- Full-Page Advertisement in the BW Insider season-long printed program, recognizing each Business Partner name and industry and encouraging support from the Bethel Woods audience
- Stage-Side Screen announcements promoting the Business Partners Directory, featured on 15' x 20' stage-side LCD screens throughout the 2010 concert season
- Pre-Concert Email Announcements to ticket buyers including a direct link to the directory
