Getting Here & Check-In

The Main Campground Entrance is located at 100 Best Road, Swan Lake, NY 12783 (see map provided).

All camping types, including Pavilion Camping & Glamping, must check-in at the Main Campground Entrance. There are several routes that can be taken to this entrance, but our recommended directions are as follows:

  1. If traveling from Route 17B, you will turn onto Hurd Road and travel north for approximately 2.5 miles (passing our concert parking lots and Museum) and then turn right onto Prince Road.
  2. Once on Prince Road, proceed for 0.5 miles and turn right on Best Road.
  3. Once on Best Road, proceed for another 1.1 mile and the campground entrance will be on your left.

What to expect at check-in:

  1. Vehicles and belongings will undergo a security and safety inspection.
  2. Your campsite ticket will be verified and scanned.
  3. Each camper’s concert ticket will be verified.
  4. Each camper will be credentialed.
  5. Your campsite documentation will be completed (waiver, review of policies, etc.).
  6. Your campsite party will be directed to their campsite!
