Join LeeAnna for a yoga practice that meets you where you are. Inflexible? Stiff back? Poor posture? Let's help you get back into your practice… or form a new one! Beginners rejoice as we are going back to the basics.
For those who may be a little unsure or inflexible, we will go step by step to gently introduce you to yoga postures including standing, seated, balances, and laying down. Breathwork will be incorporated throughout the class to help you find the peace and calm within. Plan to leave feeling refreshed and renewed! All levels welcome.

About the Series
The Winter Wellness series extends an invitation to the community to come together for soul-nourishing connections at the dawn of the new year.
Embracing themes of new beginnings, self-care, and overall health and wellness, the classes offer a diverse range of experiences. From expressive arts activities that ignite a creative flow to gentle mind-body practices like yoga and sound healing that warm both the body and spirit.
Facilitated by a rotation of guest artists and wellness practitioners from the local area, these classes offer a holistic approach to well-being.
