Meet Chef Joel
Chef Joel Trocino joined Legends Hospitality Group as Executive Chef of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in 2022. From catering, concessions and private events to the museum café and pre-show dinners, Chef Joel responsible for all food service provided at the 800-acre performing arts center. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Joel is best known as the owner and manager of Amici’s Restaurant in Poughkeepsie, New York, a neighborhood favorite for 13 years. In addition to serving as General Manager of Dean and Deluca, he has worked as a NASCAR Trackside Chef. He is a two-time Best of Hudson Valley Award Winner and has received the Trip Advisor Award of Excellence.
