Event Details
Based on dance improvisation and yoga forms, this workshop will encourage participants to release mental stress and physical tension with a synthesis of uncomplicated techniques from both disciplines.
This 90-minute movement play-date includes influences from Erin's many years of training with Butoh Dance masters. You can expect imagination exercises using art, music, nature, and our implicit memories for support. All bodies, all experiences, and all humans are welcome. Let's play!
Participants are encouraged to bring an image, poem, music, piece of literature, or small object.
